to put it simply i was fed up and tired of modern shooting clothing. having to pay the ridiculous prices for "modern breathable materials" that although good, i would much rather get 4-5 different jackets made for a specific job for 1/4 the price than pay ridiculous triple figure prices for one outer layer made of fancy breathable fabrics for it to only be mildly okay at everything.
with that in mind i set out to make the warmest possible wildfowling jumper that I'd want to use at an affordable price that I'd personally want to pay.
made specifically for in the hide or sat in the shelter of a gutter on the marsh, it can only be described as a "wearable duvet". please don't wear this walking out onto the marsh or doing activity, it was made to be kept in your bag and only put on after setting up the decoys or getting to your spot keeping you as warm as possible once you sit down.
in our recommendation you only need a light mid-layer/hoodie under this jumper and you're set for most uk temperatures and situations
-internal quilted insulation layer with external polyester fleece to maximise keeping you warm
-reinforced hem line, lower back panel and elbow pads to make the jumper as durable as possible
-separate zipped chest and front kangaroo pocket
-front kangaroo pocket is lined with heavy fleece to act as a built in handwarmer and also includes wind stopper cuffs at each entrance to the pocket to keep the wind out and to keep shotgun cartridges from falling out.
-one of the few if not the only jumpers on the market with colours specifically chosen for the marsh and UK wildfowling
- please see and read carefully the washing instructions on the label inside the jumper. machine wash as delicately as possible on low heat and dry as naturally and gradually as possible. please do not tumble dry or make any attempt to iron the item.
